A leading healthcare provider in Latin America seeks a General Manager to oversee its state-of-the-art specialty hospital in Tijuana. The role requires a bilingual executive with at least 5 years of experience in hospital administration in Mexico, focusing on operational excellence and strategic execution. This full-time onsite position offers the opportunity to shape healthcare delivery and community service in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• At least 5 years in senior roles managing private hospitals or healthcare operations in Mexico.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican healthcare regulations, particularly COFEPRIS and SAT.
• Proven skills in budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost control.
• Strong background in optimizing hospital operations and managing biomedical equipment.
• Experience managing diverse functional teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all non-clinical functions including finance, operations, HR, and patient experience.
• Ensure full compliance with Mexican healthcare and tax regulations.
• Lead procurement, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and facility operations.
• Implement systems to monitor and improve patient satisfaction and safety.
• Partner with the CEO to deliver on strategic growth objectives.
