Join our dynamic team as a ESL Quality Analyst where you will have the opportunity to enhance the professional communication skills of corporate employees across various industries.
As an ESL Quality Analyst, your role is to ensure the high-quality delivery of language training programs and secure acceptable rates of leveling accuracy by our Corporate Language Trainers. You will be responsible for assessing and improving the instructional methodologies used in delivering lessons and assessments. Your primary objective is to maintain and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of language training programs, ensuring they meet the established standards and client requirements. You will collaborate closely with Language Trainer Coaches providing feedback which they can use to guide their assigned trainers.
