Advance the maturity of environmental and sustainability programs.
Conduct risk assessments and develop reduction strategies.
Lead projects focused on Reduce – Refurbish/Repair – Recycle – Reuse – Rethink.
Develop and coordinate improvement initiatives, including capital proposals.
Manage key environmental programs: waste, wastewater, stormwater, air, and emergency plans.
Fulfill reporting requirements and serve as the primary contact for agencies.
Track and report environmental metrics and conduct audits.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong project management or project engineering experience.
Background in manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
