A leading filtration solutions company in Aguascalientes is seeking an experienced engineering supervisor with a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of manufacturing experience. The role involves supervising engineering staff, implementing process improvements, and overseeing projects while ensuring safety and quality standards. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, advanced English skills, and experience in project management. Role Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide direction to engineering staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all engineering activities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address technical challenges and support production goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to the engineering team to foster professional growth.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or Automotive industry.
  • 3 years of experience with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization, equipment maintenance, and project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with MS project, Advanced Excel, Power BI.
  • Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and other problem‑solving tools like FMEA or 8D.
  • Knowledge of IATF and ISO14001 regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage capital projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Advanced English Skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), or similar methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems, such as PLCs, robotics, and SCADA systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle.
  • Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and other problem‑solving tools like FMEA or 8D.
  • Certification as a Lead Auditor for IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 regulatory compliance standards.
