A global fintech company in Ciudad de México is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale engineering teams. You will design core fintech systems, stay hands-on with technology, and improve engineering effectiveness. The ideal candidate possesses over 7 years of software engineering experience, with 2 or more years in a leadership role, along with a strong background in backend development and fintech platforms. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading engineers as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or equivalent.
• Experience building fintech platforms, especially with Cards-as-a-Service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of senior backend and full-stack engineers in LATAM.
• Remain actively involved in architecture, system design, and critical code paths.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of cards and payments platforms.
