Una empresa global de alimentos busca un profesional para liderar el desarrollo de nuevos productos en su planta de Tlalnepantla, Estado de México. El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en ciencia de alimentos y habilidades para planificar y ejecutar ensayos de desarrollo. Se requiere conocimiento en buenas prácticas de manufactura y HACCP, además de habilidades para comunicar resultados de manera técnica. Se ofrece un horario completo de lunes a viernes.

Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.

How you will contribute

With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements and development activities (e.g. product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation etc.). You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.

• Food science, science, or engineering ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods market
• Working on teams and independently with the guidance of a manager

• Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions
• Communicating effectively verbally and in writing, including technical writing
• Putting the consumer at the heart of development activities

¿Qué necesitas saber de la posición?

• Responsable de la gestión de planta piloto (calendario de muestreos, control de almacén y materias primas)
• Conocimiento en laboratorio (seguridad alimentaria, buenas prácticas de manufactura, microbiología)
• Conocimiento de normas de calidad, inocuidad alimentaria, HACCP
• Conocimiento de auditorias en un rol de auditor interno
• Llevar control de equipos de calibración, compra de materiales e insumos y sus inventarios
• Pruebas de laboratorio y seguimiento a calidad

Educación / Certificaciones:

• Ing. Industrial, QFB, Químico en alimentos, Técnico Laboratorista o afín.

Requerimientos específicos del puesto:

• Conocimeinto en HACCP avanzando *deseable
• Inglés intermedio
• 2 a 3 años de experiencia

Horario de Trabajo:

• Tlalnepantla Estado de México
• Full time lunes a viernes
