About the role

The Engineer/ Representative - Technical Services supports customer Technical Services requirements including a strong emphasis on Product Stewardship, delivery of measurable value to customers and sustainable revenue to Orica.

Location: Pinos Altos

What you will be doing

• Develop Customer Technical Relationship
• Contributes to customer needs and business development opportunity identification
• Analyses blast measurements and assessing performance against a baseline
• Prepares of differentiation product and services offerings
• Manages product / service implementation projects
• Develops case studies, Product application stewardship
• Runs training and accrediting customers in Orica courses
• Conducts training and mentoring for Blast Technicians
