A leading HR consultancy in Naucalpan de Juárez is seeking a Talent Advisor to support employees and clients while ensuring a professional experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience and advanced English skills. This role offers a comprehensive range of benefits including annual bonuses and mental health support. Formación

  • Experience in personnel administration and employee support.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage personnel administration and incident tracking.
  • Validate pre-payroll information.
  • Support employees and handle HR-related queries.
  • Document client communications and reports.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts when necessary.

Conocimientos

3 years of experience in HR roles
Advanced English
Basic knowledge of payroll and Mexican Labor Law
Basic to intermediate Excel skills

📍 First 6 months 100% on-site (Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan & Insurgentes), then hybrid work model.

We’re growing and looking for a committed, organized, and people-oriented professional to join our team as a Talent Advisor .

This role is key to our operations — supporting employees and clients while ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional experience. You’ll also be part of a consulting environment , which means a fast learning curve, exposure to multiple areas, and participation in strategic projects.

🧠 Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in HR roles (personnel administration, generalist, employee support)
  • Advanced English (required)
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and Mexican Labor Law (preferred)
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, analytical thinker with attention to detail
🎯 Responsibilities
  • Personnel administration and incident tracking
  • Pre-payroll validation
  • Employee support and follow-up
  • Answering HR-related questions and process support
  • Reporting, documentation, and client communication
  • Posting job openings and recruitment support (only when required)
