About the role The E&MS Associate plays a key role in supporting Kerry’s Global Business Services (GBS) Employee & Management Services function by ensuring efficient, accurate, and high‑quality execution of HR processes across North America (US & Canada). In this role, you will manage end-to-end Employee Lifecycle activities, provide analytical insights to enhance HR service delivery, and help drive continuous improvement across our operations.
