A leading automotive manufacturer is seeking a District Sales Manager in Mexico City. This role requires strong liaison skills between GM and dealerships, with responsibilities that include mentoring, tracking customer feedback, and analyzing sales opportunities. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or Business, along with English proficiency and 3+ years of dealer experience. This hybrid position requires travel and offers competitive work conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
  • Facilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
  • Track Net Promoter Score (NPS) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
  • Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
  • Build and manage relationships
  • Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
  • Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancing
  • Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
  • Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
  • Assist in customer problem resolution
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis. A company Vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.

This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
