You will translate the company's visual identity into cohesive and user-centered design materials for social media, CRM, and web. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of graphic or digital design experience, proficiency in tools like Figma and Photoshop, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Role’s Mission

The Design Specialist will translate APLAZO’s visual identity into clear, cohesive and user-centered assets. This role creates and supervises design materials for social media, CRM, web, product communication and brand initiatives—always reflecting the brand’s warm, transparent and flexible personality. The ideal candidate balances visual craft, strategic thinking and strong collaboration with copywriters, creatives and insights teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design assets for social media, campaigns, CRM, landing pages and internal materials.
  • Collaborate closely with copy and creative teams to develop consistent visual concepts.
  • Ensure visual coherence across all touchpoints following brand guidelines.
  • Propose visual improvements that enhance clarity, simplicity and user comprehension.
  • Adapt assets to multiple formats without losing brand intention or quality.
  • Organize and deliver editable files optimized for each channel.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute visual ideas.
  • Stay updated on design trends, digital formats and best practices.
Requirements / Technical Skills
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic or digital design.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (basic motion is a plus).
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience in social media, branding or digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of performance design is a plus.
