A leading logistics company is seeking a candidate for logistics management in Veracruz, Mexico. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in relevant processes. Responsibilities include monitoring delivery success and leading operation teams. Candidates should have skills in Lean Management and data analysis tools, alongside excellent problem-solving abilities. This position may require working non-traditional shifts including nights.

Formación

• 5+ years of general experience in logistics or production.
• Solid understanding of Distribution and/or Fulfillment processes.
• Expertise in Lean Management and Six Sigma.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first contact for station management on process improvements.
• Monitor logistics and delivery success through performance indicators.
• Execute action plans to drive performance to benchmark rates.
• Ensure successful order execution to positively influence customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to audit initiatives and process standard implementations.
