The Dealer Service Representative supports the Domestic Sales Operations team and helps drive sales growth across multiple channels, including Pilates/Yoga Studios, Dancewear Retailers, Specialty Retail, Spas, Resorts, Health Clubs, Sporting Goods, Department Stores, and E-Commerce. This role assists the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with dealer account support, sales activity, order management, reporting, and coordination across the sales organization. The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
Sales Support
- Support RSMs and sales reps in meeting sales goals
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, upselling, and account support
- Provide merchandising guidance and count-and-fill assistance
- Communicate with dealers to monitor sell-through and drive bookings
- Assist customers with assortments using sales data
- Prospect and open new dealer accounts
- Maintain CRM records (HubSpot)
- Prepare samples, reports, and presentation tools
- Provide coverage for RSMs, reps, and DSRs
- Occasional travel for trade shows or key meetings
Wholesale Account & Order Management
- Enter and update orders in SAP ByDesign, NuOrder, and EDI
- Manage orders from creation through delivery
- Verify pricing, terms, discounts, and accuracy
- Monitor open orders and update RSMs/Reps and customers
- Ensure orders ship on timeReview open orders and resolve issues proactively
- Process return authorizations
- Respond to wholesale inquiries
Reporting
- Identify sales opportunities using available data
- Track progress toward shipping and revenue targets
- Provide clear, user-friendly reports
- Share ATS reports and resolve inventory issues
- Deliver accurate market and consumer insights
- Support additional projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in apparel or a related industry
- Experience with outbound calling, upselling, and account management
- Ability to analyze sales reports and identify opportunities
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of barre, pilates, yoga, or general fitness
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP Business ByDesign (strong plus)
- Experience with HubSpot, NuOrder B2B, or other CRM systems (bonus)
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong customer service mindset
- Occasional travel to the U.S. (Vista, CA); valid Visa required
