A leading dermo-cosmetics company is seeking a Regional DCPC Lead in Mexico to drive the execution of international strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent management skills, and the ability to work across cultures. Responsibilities include leading business initiatives and ensuring effective collaboration across regions. A degree in international business or management is required.

  • Significant experience (> 5 years) in a similar role, preferably in dermocosmetics or pharmaceuticals.

Your mission

The Regional DCPC Lead is responsible for driving the execution of the DCPC international strategy within the region. He/She is the voice of the region for DCPC related topics and acts as a brand ambassador within the region. He/she ensures the key decisions on market & brands prioritization and investment choices to win are held by the countries of the region with the appropriate assets. He/she informs the Partners Activation Managers of the export structure periodically, for sharing and alignment.

Main Activities
  • Drive the regional execution of the DCPC Global Business Units strategy within the IBU
  • Lead regional initiatives to ensure excellence of execution of our key business drivers Be accountable for performance and commercial execution in the region through monitoring and challenging the countries.
  • Foster global-regional-local alignment and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure appropriate cascade of materials /assets and guidance to the affiliates (and Partner Activation Managers) e.g. marketing, digital, commercial operations, non-commercial functions, considering the market insights and opportunities.
  • Ensure with the countries BUMs a proper local execution within the region through Performance reviews and ratings.
  • Drive best practice sharing and collaboration within the affiliate to ensure optimal development and execution of brands strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
  • Degree in international business, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Significant experience (> 5 years) in a similar role, preferably in the dermocosmetics or pharmaceutical sector, with market share wins.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage international teams and work in cross functional environments.
