Formación

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in real estate, finance, or investment.
  • Solid understanding of databases and SQL (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor project and financial performance.
  • Analyze KPIs related to development timelines, costs, returns, and asset performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making at both project and portfolio levels.

Conocimientos

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query)
Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our real estate development and investment operations. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing financial and operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support leadership in strategic planning. This role offers direct exposure to senior management and hands‑on experience with business intelligence tools, performance metrics, and portfolio analytics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in real estate, finance, or investment.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, automation).
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of databases and SQL (preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor project and financial performance.
  • Analyze KPIs related to development timelines, costs, returns, and asset performance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes through accurate and timely data analysis.
  • Work closely with the finance and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making at both project and portfolio levels.
  • Assist in the creation of data models and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across systems.
  • Perform any additional analysis or reporting tasks as required by leadership.
