Formación

  • Experience in customs legislation (LA, RLA, RGCE).

A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Import Export Specialist for the Customs department, you will be responsible for starting the totality of the import/export process by using our customs system (General Trade Management) and will be responsible for the final integration of the customs files in accordance with the current and local legislation. If necessary, will support the import export customs team.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Creation of the instructions for the customs broker for all the import/export shipments by using our GTM system.
  • Send instructions to the customs broker for customs clearance by our General Trade Management (GTM)
  • Identify of improvements in GTM systems and work closely with functional excellence team responsible for the correct operation of our GTM.
  • Integrate in each customs file the documents needed in accordance with the current legislation. This activity will require access to different systems and interaction with other Siemens Energy departments.
What You Bring
  • Professional experience: 2 to 4 years.
  • Bachelor's degree: International Trade, Commerce, foreign trade.
  • Experience in customs legislation (LA, RLA, RGCE, Rules of the Ministry of Economics, etc.).
  • Experience in coordination of import / export shipments.
  • English at a professional working level.
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on project work and efficiently bring projects to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with supervision and follow instructions.
