We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer / Technical Consultant who can configure applications on our customer platform (Veoci).

Veoci is a powerful no-code application development platform on which customized applications can be created rapidly. Imagine analyzing a process and understanding the flow and data structures, then digitizing it for use without coding. The solution is built on the Veoci platform via its point-and-click web interface. A strong candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse group of people from different backgrounds and be able to listen to their needs so then translate those needs to the software.

*Position based anywhere in Mexico (Remote).

Responsibilities

• Conducting client discovery calls to gather client requirements.
• Designing, developing, deploying, and testing solutions for clients.
• Providing on-going support, professional services, and consulting to clients.
• Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients by responding to help desk calls and tickets.
• Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions for clients.
• Deliver platform demonstrations for sales prospects.
• Working with clients and the development team to identify platform bugs and enhancements.

Education

• B.S. or B.A. degree
• Preferred majors: Business Management related, Industrial Engineer, Engineering, Computer Science.
