A leading engineering company in Puebla, Mexico is looking for a Customer Relationship Engineer. This role is essential for enhancing customer satisfaction through attention to production processes. Responsibilities include managing technical meetings, solving technical issues, auditing storage sites, and validating packaging ranges. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer and is proficient in problem-solving methodologies like PPAP and VDA 6.3. Advanced English skills are also required.

Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Quality Engineer.
  • Strong problem solving methodology and its application.
  • Experience with PPAP Methodology and VDA 6.3.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop customer satisfaction through controlled production processes.
  • Organize and participate in all technical meetings with the customer.
  • Solve technical problems and manage changes.
  • Audit all related storage sites and customer assembly lines.
  • Define and enforce demerit product scales as per customer specifications.
  • Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with Production Quality.
  • Validate and accept the packaging range.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Are you an engineer with a strong customer satisfaction orientation and a passion for quality? Do you have experience in managing technical meetings, audits, and validations with customers? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the Customer Relationship Engineer role!

As a Customer Relationship Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to our production processes. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process
  • Organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer
  • Solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress
  • Auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products
  • Defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications
  • Managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production Quality
  • Validating and accepting the packaging range
