An international e-commerce company is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for a full-time remote job in Cancún, Quintana Roo. The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with a background in call centers or Amazon support. Responsibilities include providing phone-based support, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with departments to enhance customer experiences. Formación

  • Availability during US business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST/PST).
