👨🍳 Responsibilities (depending on level)
  • Support food preparation following menus, recipes, and company standards
  • Cook and plate dishes according to assigned section (cold, hot, bakery, pastry, grill, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations
  • Follow strict USPH, sanitation, and food safety guidelines
  • Assist with inventory, food rotation, and temperature checks
  • Wash, sanitize, and maintain galley equipment (for Utility Galley)
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Collaborate with multicultural teams in a dynamic environment
  • Uphold professional grooming and kitchen etiquette at all times

  • Minimum 1–2 years of recent culinary experience (restaurants, hotels, catering, bakeries, pastry shops, etc.)
  • Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and basic kitchen operations
  • English level: basic to intermediate (enough to follow instructions)
  • Ability to work in high‑pressure and fast‑paced kitchens
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and discipline
  • Ability to work onboard for 6–8 month contracts
  • Team‑player attitude and willingness to learn

  • Experience in 4–5 star hotels or fine dining
  • Knowledge of specialized kitchen areas (pastry, bakery, butchery, etc.)
  • Previous cruise ship experience (plus, not required)
