Una importante empresa de salud busca un Coordinador de Operaciones para gestionar contratos y asegurar la ejecución eficiente de procesos. La persona seleccionada colaborará con equipos internos para mejorar procedimientos y supervisar el rendimiento operativo. Se requiere una licenciatura y 3 años de experiencia en gestión de controles, así como dominio del inglés y español. Esta posición no es elegible para incentivos por ventas.

Formación

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en gestión de controles y procesos operativos.
  • Conocimientos básicos sobre controles y cumplimiento.
  • Dominio avanzado del inglés y español, el portugués es preferible.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar contratos de terceros desde la solicitud de pedido hasta la aprobación.
  • Apoyar al equipo directivo durante reuniones del Comité Directivo del CoE.
  • Asistir en la elaboración del presupuesto y revisión de presupuestos vs realidades.

General description

The CoE Operations Coordinator will be the backbone to support high volume, administrative tasks required for the CoE's functioning, accelerating efficient and compliant research and analytical insight generation from various data sources to allow other BACI stakeholders to focus on their functions.

The role is responsible to provide expenses vs budget accurate and timely management, third party contract management support in collaboration with key BACI teams and other key internal stakeholders for compliance and regulatory processes execution, ensure governance adherence by leading agenda of relevant councils and monitoring overall CoE Performance through selected Operational KPIs.

S / he is expected to work together with other BACI members on how to improve the operational efficiency by developing operational procedure manuals and design better operations and related tools.

S / he will report to the Business Insights & Data Analytics Leader and support the overall administration and efficiency of the CoE

This job is not eligible for sales incentives / sales commissions.

Major activities
  • Manage third party contracts, from order request to approval and correct expense registration, including accruals management; provide overall process administration oversight
  • Support the CoE leadership team during the CoE Steering Committee meetings and CoE Councils to follow-up on key decisions and support on setting-up the agenda, aligned to strategic priorities
  • Support to CoE Direction on budget elaboration, budget vs actuals review, latest thinking estimates and adherence to budget execution
  • Third-party management : contract governance and vendor relation
  • Design and enforce buying process governance
  • Assist in establishing, maintaining, and training on processes for contract review and approval and other internal audit and HCC requirements.
  • SOP : lead and develop / update SOPs and work instructions, methodology documentation and document repository ownership
  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, HCC, Finance, and other functions to accomplish compliant procedures
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities
  • Due Diligence monitoring and compliance
  • Monitor CoE operational performance through monitoring relevant KPIs, such as NPs, Response time, etc.
  • CoE operating guidelines update
Reporting to

Business Insights & Data Analytics Leader

Calificaciones
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • Preferably with a major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related business degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in controls management, operational processes, project management office or finance / compliance activities.
  • Basic knowledge of controls and compliance by ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish speaking and written is a must.
  • Portuguese is preferable.
