Were seeking a Creative Business Partner to serve as the strategic liaison between our creative teams and our clients. This is a unique individual contributor role where you’ll be the orchestrator of exceptional creative campaigns ensuring projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay aligned, and creative excellence meets business objectives.
You’ll work primarily with key client accounts (including major players in e‑commerce and digital advertising) helping translate their business challenges into creative opportunities while keeping multiple projects on track and on strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Partnership & Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with client stakeholders at various levels
- Translate client business objectives into clear creative briefs and strategic frameworks
- Proactively identify opportunities for expanded partnership and value creation
- Navigate client feedback cycles with diplomacy and strategic insight
Project & Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end management of creative projects from brief to delivery
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, resource plans, and budget tracking
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, strategy, production, media)_HTML to ensure seamless execution
- Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and tools
Creative & Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams to ensure work meets strategic objectives and client expectations
- Provide constructive input during creative development while championing bold ideas
- Facilitate productive feedback sessions and creative presentations
- Balance creative ambition with practical constraints (budget, timeline feasibility)
- Ensure all deliverables maintain agency‑high creative standards
Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Oversee campaign deployment across digital advertising platforms (YouTube, Meta, programmatic, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and coordinate optimization efforts
- Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for clients
- Stay informed about digital advertising trends and platform updates
- Collaborate with media teams to ensure creative assets meet technical specifications
Internal Operations & Communication
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal teams and client stakeholders
- Document project learnings, best practices, and client preferences
- Contribute to agency process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Support new business pitches and client expansion opportunities as needed
- Foster a collaborative positive team culture
WHO YOU ARE
Required Qualifications
- 4‑6 years of experience in account management, project management or business operations at a creative agency, production company or brand
- Proven track record managing creative projects for major brands or complex clients
- Demonstrated experience with digital advertising campaigns across platforms (YouTube, Meta, Google Ads, programmatic)
- Experience working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven creative environments
