Overview

We are seeking a strategic finance professional to lead cost management in a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Operations to provide financial insights, evaluate investment projects, and drive cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fixed, variable, standard, and actual costs.
• Evaluate CAPEX projects (ROI, payback).
• Develop detailed cost models by product/process.
• Support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee inventory and stock valuation.
• Lead and mentor the cost team.
• Promote financial discipline and cost awareness across operations.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Solid cost accounting background.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel/BI tools.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
