Descripción

• Lead transformational initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen process controls.
• Conduct diagnostics, develop proposals, and deploy Lean tools to drive impact.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S, Layered Process Audits, Standard Work and other Lean initiatives.
• Build and deliver training programs to develop internal CI capabilities.
• Define and track KPIs, presenting results and improvement projects to corporate stakeholders.
• Promote a environment of accountability, structure, and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in NPI and transfer projects

Perfil buscado

• Industrial or Electromechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytic skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams within the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of process engineering and operational optimization techniques.
• Advanced English (written and spoken, able to present at corporate level).
• Strong influencing and communication skills, with proven ability to engage teams and challenge the status quo.
• Strategic and structured thinker, hands-on, with the maturity to build trust in a long-standing and consolidated team.
