In SAP CLM (Cash & Liquidity Management), the BCM (Bank Communication Management) component is responsible for managing, controlling and monitoring the sending and approval of electronic payments to banks, integrating with other modules such as FI, TRM and with security tools such as SAP Signavio or DMEE for banking formats. The BCM consultant is responsible for designing, configuring and maintaining the entire flow of payments and their communication with banks, ensuring security, traceability and regulatory compliance. The BCM consultant is the corporate payments architect at SAP. Configure and maintain the system so that payments go out securely, approved, monitored and in compliance with banking regulations.
