We’re looking for a Compliance Operations Team Lead who is passionate about building high‑performance teams while balancing exceptional customer service and ensuring the security of our platform and strictly adhering to all regulatory and internal compliance.
You’ll lead a team of 7 to 10 support specialists, ensuring operational excellence and compliance adherence. While data is important, this position prioritizes strategic execution and leadership.
