Experience

• 2+ years of digital marketing/affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.

Your Role

Manage and grow client relationships by executing data‑driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross‑functional collaboration.

Outcomes (Performance Expectations)

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities.
• Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first six months.
• Client Onboarding: Own the onboarding experience to decrease time‑to‑launch by leveraging strong internal coordination across Sales and Operations.
• Campaign Execution: Manage day‑to‑day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.
• Performance Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real‑time, using findings to drive better outcomes across client portfolios.
• Strategic Partnership Development: Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.
• Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and familiarity with tracking platforms/reporting tools (i.e., Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker are a plus).
