A fast-growing B2B sales operations service provider is seeking a Client Services Manager to own relationships with clients and ensure successful onboarding, execution, and renewal processes. This role involves collaborating with sales operations teams and leading client reviews to enhance service delivery. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in client services or sales, with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities. The position is remote, requiring availability during US business hours, with a salary ranging from $27 to $30 monthly.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or sales.
  • Prior experience in B2B technology or professional services.
  • Proficient English required.

Client Services Manager ( Remote | Full time )

About the Role

As a the Client Services Manager at Hireframe, you own the end-to-end relationship with clients, including onboarding, execution and service delivery, and renewal achievement.

At the heart of it, you are a world-class problem solver, not only tackling the challenges that clients face at the moment but also proactively solving for challenges that might be on the horizon.

To clients, you are a trusted advisor and true partner.

The Client Services Team's mission is to support and enable clients to create meaningful sales pipelines and scalable sales operations.

At Hireframe, you will work closely with a technical sales operations team and executing team of researchers and operations specialists, serving as their liaison to clients.

This is a remote (work from home) position and during U.S. business hours.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers, guiding them through Hireframe's onboarding process and best practices, ensuring a successful program launch.
  • Collaborate with the sales operations team in the development and execution of custom sales development and lead-nurturing programs.
  • Lead regular program and account reviews with clients, and internally, to discuss progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders within the client portfolio.
  • Proactively escalation at-risk clients and ensure internal visibility by providing regular updates, status, and plans of action.
  • Ensure that lost clients leave their engagement with improved processes, marketing assets, and sales pipeline.
  • Refine internal best practices and client case studies to strengthen service delivery.
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in client services, customer success, consulting, professional services, and / or sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional presence.
  • Prior experience in B2B technology and / or professional services.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
