Senior Paid Media Manager
The Senior Paid Media Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of paid advertising initiatives on Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Translate business objectives into media strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
- Design campaign architecture including media mix, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and creative guidance.
- Drive continuous optimization of campaigns using advanced performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV).
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify areas for efficiency and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Leverage experimentation to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and brand-aligned.
- Advocate for performance media within the organization, translating technical results into clear business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing high-budget Paid Media campaigns with a track record of scaling growth and delivering business outcomes.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excel/Sheets proficiency for data modeling and reporting.
- Expertise in KPI frameworks, commercial analytics, and budget optimization.
- Strong foundation in SEM and full-funnel performance marketing.
- High communication skills, strategic mindset, creativity in problem-solving, and business acumen.
