A leading healthcare technology firm in Nuevo Laredo is seeking a motivated individual to support the CAPA electronic system. The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure effective communication regarding Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and a desire to engage in quality system improvement. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions.

Formación

• Bilingual - English 80%, Spanish 100%.
• Experience in Corrective and Preventive action preferred.
• 0-3 years’ experience in Quality System.

Responsabilidades

• Support users on the CAPA electronic system.
• Collaborate to communicate CAPA status.
• Review tasks in the CAPA system and update records.
• Prepare reports on CAPA status.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
