A customer support outsourcing company is hiring Call Center Agents in Xico, Veracruz. The role involves answering outbound calls, assisting customers with orders, and addressing inquiries. Candidates should possess fluent English skills and have 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is a full-time and permanent position with a pay rate of 60 MXN per hour, working 5 days a week for up to 40 hours.

Formación

  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Experience of at least 1 year in a call center is preferred.
  • Ability to manage stress effectively.

Responsabilidades

  • Answer outbound customer calls for orders and inquiries.
  • Persuade customers using prepared sales scripts.
  • Document call information as per standard operating procedures.

Conocimientos

Fluent English speaking
1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations

Full Job Description

WE ARE HIRING CALL CENTER AGENTS

You will be answering outbound calls to customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties :
  • Answering outbound calls
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
  • Identify and elevate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Upsell products and services
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and skills :
  • Fluent English speaking
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
  • Should have their own computer and noise-canceling headphone

ENERGY CAMPAIGN

Salary : 60 MX / hr

Days of Operation : 5 days a week up to 40 hours a week.
