Formación

  • 0-3 years of experience in fast-paced environment, preferably in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of online inventory.
  • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment from receiving acquisition tickets to ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Identify inefficiencies within the fulfillment workflow and suggest improvements.

Job Summary

As a Business Operations Associate, you will be a key player in our Business Operations team, focusing on the efficient execution of inventory acquisition and fulfillment processes. You will coordinate with remote teams, acquire online inventory, manage order processing, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of online inventory. This role requires a tech‑savvy individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for gaming, and the ability to thrive in a high‑energy environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
  • Leverage proprietary technology and strategies to purchase inventory in real‑time with precision
  • Perform routine checks to verify accuracy, condition, and categorization of acquired inventory
  • Ensure prompt processing and cataloging of inventory to meet tight operational deadlines
Order Fulfillment
  • Oversee end‑to‑end order fulfillment from receiving acquisition tickets to ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Coordinate with remote teams and external partners to resolve fulfillment issues and maintain smooth operations
  • Utilize inventory management tools and software to streamline fulfillment processes and maintain data accuracy
Process Optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies or friction points within the fulfillment workflow
  • Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, or scalability
  • Collaborate with operations team to test and implement approved changes
  • Execute company goals, track KPIs, and refine strategies for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 0‑3 years of experience in fast‑paced environment, preferably in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management
  • Experience with remote team coordination
Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new inventory or fulfillment software
  • Comfortable utilizing technology to track performance and optimize operations
