Team Overview

Are you a curious data enthusiast ready to make an impact in Spanish Speaking Latin America? As an SSL Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to transform raw numbers into actionable insights. Hone your analytical chops, tackle real-world challenges, and grow into a key driver of DiDi’s data-driven success.

Role Responsibilities
  • Data Collection & Cleaning: Gathering, validating, and organizing data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Developing and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with teams across Product, Operations, and Finance to understand their needs and deliver targeted analytical solutions.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Diving into exploratory projects, testing hypotheses, and uncovering hidden trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Data Visualization: Presenting complex findings in clear, engaging formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Working closely with senior analysts to refine data processes, implement best practices, and learn new tools or techniques.
  • Stakeholder Support: Providing timely insights and recommendations that help shape product roadmaps, operational efficiencies, and financial forecasts.
  • Innovation & Learning: Staying updated on emerging BI tools and industry trends, constantly seeking ways to enhance DiDi’s data capabilities.
Role Qualifications

Must Haves

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ year of data analytics experience demonstrating the ability to interpret data and deliver insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; advanced knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of slicing through complex datasets to find meaningful patterns.
  • Communication: Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to clearly articulate data findings to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred

  • Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Industry Experience: Previous exposure to mobility, tech, or marketplace operations.
  • Advanced Analytics Knowledge: Understanding of predictive modeling, A/B testing, or other statistical techniques.
  • Curiosity & Growth: Eagerness to explore emerging data tools, experiment with new methodologies, and continuously expand analytical capabilities.
