JOB MISSION

The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in driving Bridge’s growth by turning ecosystem energy into concrete partnerships. You will manage and grow the pipeline for your assigned sub-region in LATAM, taking full ownership of outreach, proposals, and negotiations— in collaboration with the Regional Business Development Director (BDD), while co-owning the revenue target of your assigned sub-region.

This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role for someone who can both run the day-to-day pipeline and represent Bridge externally with credibility. While the BDD will provide guidance and coaching, you are expected to operate with autonomy, initiative, and accountability to move opportunities forward.

As a mid-senior professional, you already bring solid business development experience and the ability to co-own results, while continuing to grow with Bridge into greater ownership and leadership.

ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS

Prospecting & Lead Generation – 30%

  • Design and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and other channels.
  • Research, prioritize, and map high-potential organizations aligned with Bridge’s LATAM strategy.
  • Manage your own outreach using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Attend relevant events and leverage them as lead-generation opportunities.
  • Be coached by the Regional BD Director to sharpen your outreach strategy and continuously improve your prospecting approach.

Pipeline Management & Partner Engagement – 30%

  • Co-own the LATAM pipeline in HubSpot with the Regional Director, keeping it clean, qualified, and updated with clear statuses, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Join and progressively co-lead discovery meetings, asking structured questions and capturing key insights.
  • Send recap emails with resources and next steps to ensure professional partner engagement.
  • Support nurturing strategies to keep leads warm (content sharing, events, check-ins).
  • Learn to read partner signals, pace follow-ups, and manage your personal nurture queue with growing independence.

Proposal Development & Deal Closing – 30%

  • Support the creation of compelling, tailored proposals and budgets that reflect partner priorities.
  • Coordinate with Programs, Finance, and BD teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Participate in pricing conversations, proposal framing, and early-stage negotiations.
  • Support clean handover of signed partnerships to delivery teams.
  • Contribute directly to the LATAM annual revenue goal, with growing ownership of full proposal cycles for mid-size opportunities.

CRM, Reporting & Sales Optimization – 10%

  • Maintain CRM hygiene: log meetings, notes, next steps, proposal statuses, and deal updates in HubSpot.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting on outreach activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze funnel performance and suggest improvements to outreach messaging, lead flow, and BD processes.
  • Develop data discipline and systems thinking as part of your growth path.
