Job Overview

We are looking for a country manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation to build and lead the company's business in the LATAM region from scratch. This high-impact position is ideal for sales leaders who thrive on challenges and autonomy. You will develop marketentry strategies, establish key partnerships, build high-performance sales teams, and drive significant revenue growth, all rewarded through an unlimited commission structure.

Main responsibilities
  • Partnership Development : Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs; maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network.
  • Business Growth & KPI Achievement : Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND); treat ND as a core revenue-linked indicator and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Full BD Process Ownership : Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle—prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance—to ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline.
  • Client & Partner Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners; increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive, high-frequency communication.
  • Market Research & Competitive Insights : Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the LATAM region; provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Localized Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives, ensuring smooth and effective execution across Spanish-speaking markets.
Job requirements (must be met)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients.
  • Strong execution, self-discipline, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain long-term relationships and manage high-frequency partner interactions.
  • Excellent command of English and native languages for business communication; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred.
  • High resilience and emotional stability under pressure and rejection.
  • Established IB, affiliate, KOL, or trading community resources that can contribute immediately.
  • Experience in CFD, FX, Crypto, or Online Trading industries, or personal experience using trading platforms.
