About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for LATAM you will take ownership of expanding the companys presence and driving revenue growth across Spanish-speaking Latin American markets. You will identify opportunities establish strategic partnerships and secure high-value deals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across LATAM focusing on Chile Panama Mexico Brazil Argentina and Peru.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends competition and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and secure commercial agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing product and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner retention.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and business meetings across the region.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent Spanish with strong English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in business development sales partnerships or account management within Latin America.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to define and execute strategies independently.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
