Responsibilities
  • Flight Coordination : Organize business travel arrangements for the Sales VP, including flights, hotels, transportation, and expenses.
  • Gift Coordination : Coordinate birthday and Christmas gifts for Sales Directors, making final decisions on gift selection and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Expense Management : Support the Sales VP in preparing and administering expenses, including coordinating payments with administrative offices.
  • Office Supplies : Manage the department's office supplies, ensuring they are adequately stocked and easily accessible.
  • Administrative Support : Assist in organizing activities required by Directors and Managers, as well as coordinate monthly meetings for the Sales Area.
  • Sales Force Support : Provide attention and follow-up to activities related to the sales force, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
Requirements
  • Experience : 3+ years in administrative roles.
  • Education : Bachelor / University Degree in Business Administration or related field.
