We are currently seeking a Business Architect to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities

• Map applications in our landscape to our enterprise business capability map.
• Create business architecture value streams and information maps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review the above drafts and update as needed.
• Use the Bizzdesign tool to create these artifacts as part of our enterprise model.
• Identify and develop Business Architecture diagrams and artifacts to maximize value to stakeholders.
• Support ongoing strategic programs and initiatives leveraging Business Architecture.
• Leverage Generative AI to accelerate delivery and add value.
• Closely collaborate with other Business Architects, Enterprise Architects, and Business Analysts on the team.

Required Skills/Experience

• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong self-starter, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
• Significant experience in a business architect, senior business analyst, or enterprise architect role with a related education background.
• Strong aptitude in the business architecture area, detail focused, and continual learner.

Preferred

• Familiarity with the BIZBOK guide.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and APM.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with automotive, manufacturing, or R&D.
