Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts.
• Participate in architectural discussions for blockchain systems and decentralized applications.
• Perform code audits, refactoring, and gas optimization for high‑quality smart contract performance.
• Integrate smart contracts with backend services or Web3 components.
• Conduct unit, integration, and security testing using blockchain testing frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Stay informed about blockchain ecosystem advancements, EVM updates, token standards, L1 / L2 trends, and best practices.

Desired Profile

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Smart Contracts Engineer, Blockchain Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Solidity and EVM‑based blockchain development.
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols, crypto primitives, or tokenomics (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or comparable tools.
• Experience using Web3.Js, Ethers.Js, or other Web3 libraries.
• Understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities (reentrancy, frontrunning, integer overflow, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a security‑first mindset.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Intermediate‑advanced English proficiency.
