ROLE OVERVIEW

The client, a wellness center with both a physical and online presence, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Virtual Assistant with strong marketing and sales expertise. This role will begin as a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the business expands. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, lead generation, social media, and client engagement, with the ability to manage both online campaigns and scheduling for the physical location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for lead generation.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with potential and existing clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Spearhead campaigns for merchandise sales (both online and in-person).
  • Manage social media platforms, website updates, and online presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Convert warm leads into paying customers through sales-driven conversations.
  • Set up and maintain online infrastructure for scheduling, payments, and client communications.
  • Support scheduling and client management for the physical wellness center.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain alignment with the center’s Christian and spiritual mission.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven background in marketing, sales, and client engagement.
  • Experience with social media management, web design, or CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to convert leads into paying customers through consultative sales.
  • Familiarity with online tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
  • Comfortable working in a faith-based and spiritually oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work part-time, with the potential to expand into a full-time role.
