This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and effective communication skills. Experience in a high-velocity environment is preferred. The position is full-time and on-site, aiming to enhance the recruitment capabilities for dynamic business needs.

Formación

• Associate's Degree preferred with less than one year of relevant experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to work in a high-velocity environment with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive and screen incoming resumes, background checks.
• Schedule initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
