B9 is a young American FinTech who is looking to grow its Mexico operations and is actively looking for talented Customer Service Representatives, who are eager to work hard and grow with us in an exciting and dynamic environment.

What You'll Do
  • You will route Zendesk tickets and troubleshoot between departments and have a first look to all customers requests.
  • You will help create, develop and manage knowledge base.
  • You will collaborate and work closely with Compliance, IT support teams and outsourced call center if needed.
  • You won't always have all of the answers, but you won't stop at getting them.
Skills and Experiences that Will Help You Be Great
  • 1 year of experience in related field (customer support of banking and FinTech operations).
  • Willingness to help and patience with costumers.
  • C1 English verbal / written (advanced both verbal and written English).
  • Answering phone calls in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Fast paced / Dynamic environment.
  • Schedule availability.
