The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections, strong management skills, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include coordinating team processes, supervising collections staff, and implementing credit policies. This position offers an annual salary of MXN $950,000.

Formación

• 3-5 years of direct experience in credit and collections.
• 2+ years management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the collection of outstanding payments.
• Create and implement strategies to increase successful collections.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate potential team members.

Conocimientos

Bilingual in English/Spanish

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledgeable in sales, negotiation and persuasion tools

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent work experience
