A multinational consumer goods company in Mexico seeks an HR Lead/HR Business Partner to oversee talent and culture for their B&W and PC divisions. In this strategic role, you will partner with leadership teams to drive growth by developing talent and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Ideal candidates will possess strong business acumen, advanced people leadership skills, and the ability to lead transformative change while fostering an inclusive environment.

B&W and PC Mexico HR Lead/ HR Business Partner

PC and B&W in Mexico is a business with much-loved deodorant, skin cleansing, hair and skin care brands including Dove, Rexona, Axe, Ponds, Sedal and more!

Mexico is approaching a €1 billion enterprise and plays a key role in Latam, driven by strong growth ambitions. Our office has over 150 employees and now includes the CBD BPC teams alongside the Cuernavaca factory.

This position reports to Liana Fecarotta with a dotted line to Thais Simao, partnering across all BW, PC and CBD BPC Mexico leadership teams to develop top talent and advance our new Winning Culture.

Our 2026 HR strategy focuses on three pillars: maximizing talent value, driving a Winning Culture, and evolving organizational design for productivity and AI era. In this role, you'll lead HR for B&W and PC Mexico, overseeing talent, culture, and organisational strategy while serving as a strategic business partner to drive brand, customer, and people growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Trusted partner and coach to the leader of PC, BW and CBD Mexico, focused on the development and delivery of people agenda aligned to the business strategy.
  • Collaborating with Latam HR teams to establish both short-term and long-term people priorities.
  • Building deep business understanding and knowledge of the business area and strategy (internally and externally).
  • Understanding the current organization design, the gaps and collaborating with business leaders to resource for value and build workforce plans.
  • Attracting, developing and retaining talent. Leading Talent forums including succession planning and proactive sourcing for specific capabilities, domain expertise and to address talent gaps. Embedding the Shape Your Own Adventure principles in talent and career progression practices.
  • Team effectiveness, change & transformation, strong facilitation skills to coach and build high performing teams.
  • Establish and promote our Winning culture by ensuring that leaders exemplify Unilever's new behaviors on a daily basis and through cultural rituals.
  • Business partnering the leadership team, ensuring HR solutions and interventions are delivered on time in full.
  • Working and collaborating as part of the broader HR Latam community to leverage scale and consistency where appropriate.
  • Leveraging HR data insights and analytics to drive people and business decisions.
  • Identify specific learning needs and deliver the relevant capability agenda and interventions, in partnership with Expertise and Innovation functional Learning and People Growth & Development teams.
  • Lead key change programs and the consultation processes as appropriate for any change initiatives as and when applicable.

  • Business Acumen – working so closely with the full business unit, it’s critical you are fluent with the P&L of Unilever, across all business functions (customer, marketing, SC, R&D, finance, etc).
  • People Leadership – identifying and nurturing talent for Unilever, through stretching developmental tasks and assignments.
  • Take decisions always in the interest of Unilever (rather than individual parts), showing integrity and strength under pressure.
  • Make bold decisions & support them fiercely.
