We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP – Regulation Management. The purpose of Regulation Management is a combined pool of functions that include Horizon Scanning, Regulatory Mapping and Regulatory Reporting verticals covering the ecosystem of handling the regulatory obligations of HSBC across global regulators.
The purpose is to standardize the current, manual regulatory development tracking process globally, creating a one‑stop repository of information (RAPid2) for all material regulatory developments, by working with the global businesses and global functions to help them identify and manage their regulatory risk.
These regulation records are further shared with 1st Line of Defense (1LOD) colleagues to assist in embedding the group’s risk management framework and linking those risks with appropriate controls accordingly.
This model ensures greater risk and data transparency between countries and global business lines (GBL) as well as enhancing HSBC’s ability to trace risks and control analysis back to regulatory obligations.
At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of a new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member. Our paid leave package is at the forefront in Mexico, giving you one more reason to be HSBC and proudly live a culture of well‑being, balance and care. HSBC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and their opinions count.
We take pride in providing a workplace that fosters continuous professional development, flexible working and opportunities to grow within an inclusive and diverse environment.
We encourage applications from all suitably qualified persons irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, social status, medical condition, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
