Position Overview

Quetzal Taxes LLC, a company established in Greenville, South Carolina, with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, business and personal taxes, notary public, and new business opening is looking for a New‑grad bookkeeper to work in a fully-remote position and in additional related projects.

Main Duties

• Provide daily reports to Home Office
• Update customers' register in QuickBooks
• Perform monthly reconciliations.
• Provide monthly financial statements to Home Office
• Assist on special projects

Requirements

• Resume in English (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (written / verbal) (mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred)
• One year of experience in accounting (preferred)
• Good internet connection
• Must have a reliable laptop / desktop
• Must have a Mexican bank account

Experience

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
