An innovative automotive solutions provider seeks an experienced Plant Manager for its facility in Saltillo, Coahuila. The successful candidate will be responsible for P&L management, driving performance, and managing all operational aspects to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, especially in leadership roles within the automotive industry. Exceeding financial and operational targets while fostering positive employee relations and continuous improvement is crucial.

Formación

• 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing including at least 5 years in a Plant leadership role.
• Experience with automotive OEMs preferred.
• P&L Management experience is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue and manage all expenses including sales and customer service.
• Lead activities to ensure continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, and financials.
• Establish goals and objectives covering all phases of plant operations.
