Una empresa líder en el sector de la alimentación busca un profesional para proporcionar soporte administrativo. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia mínima en roles de administración y una fuerte orientación al cliente. Se requiere dominio del inglés intermedio y habilidades en herramientas como SAP y Power Bi. La posición es presencial en San Luis Potosí, México, con horarios de lunes a viernes y sábados parcialmente. Job Description

You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

Responsabilidades principales
  • Seguimiento de documentos de conciliaciones de despacho.
  • Seguimiento de incidencias.
  • Solicitud de materiales para la operación.
  • Elaboración y monitoreo de indicadores.
  • Conteo de documentación.
  • Almacenamiento de los cortes.
Educación
  • Lic. en Administración de Empresas, o carrera afín.
Experiencia
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia.
Idioma
  • Inglés intermedio

Modalidad
