A leading global manufacturing company seeks an Inventory Analyst in Tepotzotlán, Mexico. You will manage the supply of materials and maintain inventory levels while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. Responsibilities include analyzing databases, controlling inventory levels, and creating projections. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience and proficiency in advanced Excel. This role operates in a hybrid environment and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Descripción del empleo

As an Inventory Analyst you will manage the supply of materials, according to the quantities and formats required by the production units, while maintaining inventory levels. This position is located on-site Tepozotlan, Mexico. You will report directly to the Supply Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• You will oversee that the inventory complies with the internal guidelines and procedures for material procurement, as well as the development of reports and data analysis related to inventories and established policies.

• You are going to analyze different data bases.

• You are going to perform the explosion of materials from supply plans at the SKU level to accomplish material requirements planning.

• You are going to control the raw material inventory levels based on minimum and maximum policies.

• You are going to create end-of-month inventory projections considering the different factors involved.

• You are going to work with warehouse assistants and planners with the support of database analysis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 1 years analyzing inventory data bases

• Education in Industrial Engineer or similar

• Advanced Excel

• Qualifications such as negotiation and communication are key

• Hybrid system in Tepozotlan
