A leading beauty company in Mexico City seeks an Airport Coordinator for the Skin Care cluster. You will lead Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and oversee event coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and relevant experience in retail sales. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales results, managing inventories, and organizing promotional activities. This role offers a dynamic and high-paced environment.

Formación

  • Proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules.
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize tasks.

Estee Lauder Companies is looking for their next Airport Coordinator in Mexico City for the Skin Care cluster

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

To lead, mentor, and inspire the Beauty Advisors to achieve overall sales targets, Counter goals and to manage Airport business objectives through:

  • Effectively tracking and monitoring monthly sales results by Terminal vs Target and previous year’s sales. – with Motta’s monthly sales reports and qualitative feedback from the operation (rise alerts if needed)
  • Total Stock Management, Fixture Fill levels and Visual merchandising standards, with the support of the Sales and Education Executive.

  • Key contact of Retailer, SMC and Retailer.com
  • Brand campaigns roll out
  • Dept. store notice for product infornation and programs execusions
  • Event management consolidate event schedule / book retailer's event location/monitor reservation progress/ event analysis report
  • Conduct livestream programs on Retailer online platform
  • DS/SMC channel collaborative program planning
  • Advertising exposure arrangement Store mailer, DM Ads, banner, campaign, outpost
  • Collect retailer promotion DM and competitors DM
  • Check DS expenses deduction
Qualifications
  • University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization
  • Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
  • Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking
  • Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word
